Amazing Hotel

Everything was fantastic. Great location, service, room, amenities, pool, tub, balcony, bikes, etc. A unique architecture makes the rooms very private with all of the modern features. First class experience all the way. I highly recommend.

Unique Hotel

Beautiful grounds, large rooms, wonderful jetted tubs in every bath! My only complaint is I called 4 days in advance to book massages for my boyfriend and I, but no one answered (during business hours) so I left a voicemail per their instructions. NO RETURN CALL. Upon arriving at the hotel, they were fully committed. They tried to call in extra therapists to cover, but only could find one and the times were inconvenient. If you are going to boast your establishment as focusing on in-room spa services then you need to have a significant number of therapists on call to accommodate this.

it's a real treat...

nice attention to detail... a delight to the senses... but for the price you pay, I felt they should have thrown in a few details that wouldn't have cost them much... coffee/tea in the morning, a bit more organized tourist information (with the offer to customize), maybe a few herbs for the in-room jacuzzi.. , more attention to making up the room when you are not there (making the bed 'again', straightening towels.. silent butler kind of things...)

Great Location....Super Romantic!!!

Modern yet very comfortable rooms with great gas fireplaces and flat screen TV's. Service @ the hotel was impeccable from checkin, to concierge, all the way to check out. The staff anticipates your needs, which is to be expected at such a luxury property. We were very satisfied with Bardessono and have traveled worldwide seeking such service and comfort! Easy walk to town and ALL the wonderful Yountville Restaurants. Try Bouchon Bakery for Pastries before u embark on wine tasting...its great. Highly recommend for couples!!

Absolutely amazing and worth every penny!

This hotel is quite possibly the most beautiful and most meticulous I've ever seen. The clean lines of the room and beautiful grounds were the perfect setting for our romantic getaway. It was recommended to us by a friend and we could see why from the minute we arrived. You must visit the pool and at least have an appetizer (or two) at the restaurant. Don't think twice. Book the Bardessono. You will be happy!

Just Fantastic!

This hotel is everything and more! The staff was on point and hotel location was perfect. Rooms were huge and modern. Restaurant on location was great and pool was also very relaxing. Worth every shiny penny to feel extra special during your stay. Definitely will return to only this place when visiting Napa area.

Elegant, modern hotel in wine country

This is a new hotel and nothing short of expectacular. Located in the town of yountville, close to many restaurants, you feel like you are in a minimalist, trendy ranch in the middle of nowhere. Excellent concierge services and the best check in experience in my life. There is no lobby desk but you are received by a hotel host that takes you to your room. Yountville is situated in the middle of wine country with easy access to many wineries nearby.The room is cozy and elegant, the bathroom exquisite. Overall one of the best hotels I have visited.
