Terrible Food

Maybe because we were there in the off season, but the food was awful. You'd see the same plates of cheese from lunch brought out again at dinner. Avoid the buffet at all costs! Food gets left out forever and I really had to wonder about the food safety there. Grounds are nice, beach area is well kept up and the guards keep the wandering merchants from bothering you too much. Concierge wouldn't give us a refund for internet service that we paid for that was knocked out by a storm. Room was to be expected for the cost. Toilet and tub were chipped. Worst part for me is they don't use fitted sheets on the beds, so if you move around at all you end up laying directly on the mattress. You get what you pay for with this place, but for me if you're going on vacation you'll definitely want to pay more...

HORRIBLE HOTEL

It was my first time staying at a resort and it was a horrible experience. They need to train all their staff-especially at check-in. Customer service is horrible and they are very rude and unprofessional. Also i noticed roaches crawling on tables at the restaurant. The best that i liked was the pool bar! The food was ok but some of the food was cold. Also my room was not cleaned on time..i had to call room service to have it cleaned. Im not happy at all. I don't recommend this one to nobody.

Costumer Services...

The Hotel instalation are very dificult to stay...Specially the room that they gave me at the time I arrived, was terrible (2303). That is not for any person who come from New York City to be instalated. The attention on the front desk no good at all either. I` will no recomend this hotel to any of my friends.

Good for the Money

The hotel had some improvements. I stayed at this hotel in the past and I liked better this time. They added more beach area and more activities. One down side was the drinks I had to go out and buy my own liquor but in general I had a great time.

everything from the service to the food to the entertainment was great.

certain areas need work

check in & out were very slow. some maintenance needed to be done in room. phone service was off and on. Food was good, food servers were good, beach and everything else was good especially the entertainment. Front desk workers could use some customer training. I would still recommend this hotel to others.
