    Our family of 3 checked in at the hotel but they only had a room ready for 2 even when we payed for 3. It took a long time to prepare for the 3rd person. They couldnt find pillows and offered me to rest my head on another blanket. When we checked out, we had already payed through hotel.com, but they insisted that we havent paid yet.
