Auberge Royal Versailles

Good value

The location was convenient. While it's on the outskirts of the city, it is located immediately next to the metro which made it super easy to get every where we wanted to go. The room was comfortable and clean, but we didn't spend much time there. It would have been nice to visit the pool, but it was too cold.

Sometimes great, sometimes less

This was my 2nd stay at that hotel. The first one was great, but this time was different. First, there was a lot of groups staying at the hotel that were very loud in the corridors, whether it was teenagers on a school trip or adults. Second, there is no wireless signal for internet in room 201. And the prices were double compared to my first stay a month ago. Other than that, the hotel is very well located, near freeways north-south and east-west, close to a tunnel to cross the St Laurent, so easy access. There is a subway station very close to the hotel.

Great spot on the outskirts of Montreal

The hotel was a great, clean spot for a weekend stay with friends. It's on the outskirts of Montreal, close to Laval but it is directly across the street from the Metro (Radisson Station). It's only about 5 minutes from Olympic Stadium and is definitely worth the money.

Great Hotel

The room was clean, clear and big. Mine also had a fridge and a "living room" area. Free parking spaces around the hotel. Restaurants, mall and stores accross the street or walking distance. Conveniently located with easy access to freeways north-south and east-west. Free continental breakfast.

Close to Metro, good value

This was fine for the price! Metro right across the street, nice Italian restaurant within walking distance.

Hotel maintenance nonexistent

I stayed at Auberge Royal Versailles for two nights. One first morning, I found that the bath tub had clogged. After asking for maintenance, the front desk told that somebody is on his/her way. Even after waiting for half an hour, no body turned up. After frustration, I asked them to change my room. The second room had problem with the bathroom. It was too small and ventilation was not present. The hotel is near to Botanical Gardens. That is the only plus point.

Good if you have no place else to go

Refrigerator in the room was great. Very close to the Metro. Close to mini golf and supermarket.
