Good Room for the Money

The hotel is showing its age. The room was fine, had everything we needed, including a decent size fridge. The air conditioning worked great. The decor & furniture was old. The hair dryer in the bathroom looked like something from the 80's, but overall we got a good rate for a Thur, Fri, Sat night stay. I would recommend for people looking for a clean/pretty well maintained place to stay, a good value.

This hotel exceeded our expectations for the money.Lots of amenities---gorgeous indoor pool,friendly staff and reasonable minimums for table games.

Very relaxing

the actual hotel room experience was good. i wasn't too impressed with the casino. excellent room for the money; very comfortable. would stay again if the price is right.

Not Good

I thought the Hilton would be a nice hotel and it was not. It was away from everything. The casino was not as big as I thought, and not busy at night.

Needs Improvement

We enjoyed our stay, the buffet was great, fresh food. The view from my room was great, I had an ocean and neighborhood view. The area was quiet, I enjoyed that. The room needs some improvement, the carpet look dirty, there was old tape around the rim of the tub, like they had pulled something up and did not scrape up the old tape. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Great room for the money

The A.C. Hilton was clean, spacious, and provided a comfortable bed. We ate at the Horizons (?) restaurant for breakfast where we had quick and efficient service and excellent food. The hotel is located at the end of the boardwalk which isolates it from the rest of the casinos, but I would not say that should be a deterrent. The only problem we encountered was the soundproofing of the walls and door. (We had a newborn baby in the room beside us and could hear it crying at 1:00 a.m.) Overall, very nice hotel. Highly recommended!

Good hotel for the location

The hotel is a little outdated. But the room is clean. It is good that it locates on the Broadwalk but it is a little far away from everything. The staffs are very nice and very helpful. The bathroom light was broken when we checked in. When we called they came right away and fixed it. Also, the air condition was not running properly. After we called, the person came fixed it right away. All the staffs are very polite and very professional. The only complain I have is the swimming pool. The water is dirty and the area is too cold. Other than that is worth the money.

Needs Improvement

Hotel offers a reduced rate because of its location (far end) of the core boardwalk action. Of all the rooms with beautiful ocean views, I got stuck with an internal room with no view. Make sure you ask when you check in! The bathroom also had inadequate ventilation (no exhaust fan).

Terrific deal for the money

My husband and I are biking from Vermont to Mexico via a random route and we decided to book a couple nights in AC. The Hilton was splendid, let us bring our bikes and gear right up to our room. It was a luxurious break from the wild camping we've been doing.

Surprise Credit Hold

The rooms were very good and they made accomodations for a handicap person without extra charges. Little disturbed by $100, hold for room key.
