Overall nice hotel and friendly service, I would defintely go back

OUTSTANDING HOTEL

Classy, lovely hotel, perfect for a getaway weekend to the city. Every single hotel staff person was friendly, courteous, and helpful, and it was obvious that management of this hotel stresses the importance of those items. Renovations are still creating a noisy environment until mid-November, but we heard it only between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm; and we were gone most of that time. Upscale Lenox shopping center is walking distance, as are a few restaurants. Would definitely stay there again, espectially at the Hotels.com rate we received. My wife especially liked the plush bed linens and pillows. Without the construction, this is at least a 4-star property.

Excellent Stay

This is my second time staying at the hotel, even though there's construction going on, the employees and and contractors were extremely nice and kind and construction workers tried their best to stay out of your way. I will be back!

Great Hotel But Construction Is The Worst

My girlfriend and I stayed for one night in this very nice hotel. It is right across from Lenox Square but we had a hard time finding the place due to the construction. That did put a damper on my stay but once the construction is done it will be worth the money. I recommend that anyone should stay here. The bed was really soft and we had a nice view. More than I expected for a one night stay.

Great room for the money

The hotel has been total renovated inside. The rooms were great. They are still working on the exterior. The restaurant food was good. The location was convenient to the mall and other restaurants.

Good deal for the money

Overall my stay was excellent considering that the constuction crew woke me up early Saturday morning, voice my concern to the hotel front desk they change my room and gave me and my guess breakfast on the house. B+

Satisfactory :)

The rooms were very well furnished and very cozy. There was construction going on in the lobby and garage, but the rooms were nonetheless exceptional for the price that I paid for my weekend stay. The construction did not disturb my stay whatsoever. The Lenox Mall is across the street and there was easy access to highways.

The Buckhead

This was a excellent hotel to stay for my weekend getaway. I would also recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a luxury experience at a economy price. Even though there is a renovation going on, all rooms have been completed for some time. My room even had a balcony. It is located near but not in the heart of downtown Atlanta, only about 10-15 minutes from nearly everything you would want to see. Overall I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone coming to Atlanta for business or pleasure.

Will be good hotel.

The hotel will be an excellent hotel to stay at in another few months. The entire hotel was under renovation, so there was construction everywhere. Other than that, the rooms were clean and extremely comfortable.

The rooms where good.

Rooms and staff where good. The parking deck is another story. Our truck was vandalized sitting in the parking deck one night. The management was not very helpful about this issue. Although we did like the rooms, we will not stay there again.

Great Room

We enjoyed our stay here and would definately advise others to stay here as well. They had hookups so that if you had the correct cabling, you could hook your laptop into the TV from the desk and watch DVD's which was AWESOME!! Staff was friendly. The only reason I rated the condition of the hotel a 4 was because of the construction. However, they stopped working around 7 and didnt start back up until 7 or 8am the next morning and we barely heard them.
