Good value for $; great breakfast; excellent location; effective staff

All around high marks for the Atahotel Concord. The hotel provided a good value for $ and offers a terrific buffet breakfast as part of room price. The location is ideal, close to the train station and at the end of the pedestrian shopping area. The staff was extremely helpful, very friendly, and well-versed in professional and conversational English. My room had some modest technological difficulties, including a small problem with the phone and internet, but both were taken care of quickly and easily. In short, I would recommend the hotel without hesitation for business travel.

Excellent!

My wife and I rented a car from Milan and drove to Torino. Our GPS wasn't working too well so we called the hotel for directions. The Hotels staff spoke very good English and was able to get us to the Hotel with no problem. Upon arriving at the Hotel, we were impressed by the friendly reception we received. All the staff at the hotel spoke very good English and were very helpful in advising what to see and do. The Hotel offers a discounted 2 day sight seeing pass that will get you into all the museums and allows you free transportation on the city's network. The Hotel was very clean, and the size of the room was larger than I had expected considering where we were. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels smelled very fresh. Overall, this was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Definately worth the money, if not for the convenience, (walking distance to all the major museums and churches, as well as the pedestrian shopping area 100 yards away)but definately for the excellent way you will be treated. If Torino is on any of my future trips, this is definately where I would stay again. A+ .

Excellent location, fine room

This was a reasonably nice hotel in an excellent location - very convenient for exploring central Turin, and adjacent to the main train terminal (which also contains a small tourist office). The restaurant was excellent despite being nearly deserted.
