Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 11Great Hotel
During my recent vacation, the Artus Hotel contributed greatly to my enjoyment of Paris. The Hotel is located in a fantastic area, situated in the middle of a throbbing cultural hub, and reached easily by the Metro/RER. Its concierge also made my stay relaxing and comfortable (especially since I do not speak French!). So in closing: walking distance to major attractions, modern décor, and accommodating staff.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 2 of 11Nice Property
Perfect location - just off St Germain in Rive Gouche. Nice room - having bathroom "seperated" from main living area made it difficult for father/daughter duo - would be fine for other "couples". Staff was attentive and helped us with Normandy reservations, Moulin Rouge Reservations, .... Close to #10 Met station (<1 block) other stations w/in 3 blocks. Musee D'Orsay: 5 blocks Musee Louvre: 8 blocks Notre Dame: 6 blocks Seine: 3 blocks St Germain: 1 block.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 3 of 11Excellent Place to Stay
Hotel staff were extremely helpful in providing early check-in and arranging ground transportation to and from the airport. Gregoire and Sanjay, in particular, were extremely accomodating and helpful. Additionally, the location could not be better. I highly recommend the Artus Hotel and plan to stay there again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 11Great Value for Location & Amenities
Very pleased with our stay. Staff was very professional and helpful. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet considering we are in a very busy section of Paris. Cafes and shops right at our doorstep. We'll definitely come back to this hotel again.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 11Thoughtful
The wonderful thing about the Artus Hotel was that the staff really cared about making my stay the best that it could be. Sanjay greeted me warmly when I checked in, and gave me very good advice about which places to visit and where to eat. He even went to the trouble of printing out information from the Internet to help make my trip more enjoyable. (This was completely of his own accord.) I really appreciated everything he did for me. He is not just a great concierge, he is a mensch.

The hotel was delightful and in a super location. The people were extremely helpful, far beyond the call of duty and in Paris, that IS SOMETHING!

Trip Type: Romance Review 7 of 11Great hotel choice
Outstanding location, great neighborhood, super friendly and helpful staff Night concierge made us an espresso while we waited for a 5:00 a.m. taxi to the airport. Day concierge (Sanjay) made dinner reservations for us at 2 lovely restaurants.

Hotel Artus is in the best location you'd want for St Germain, completedly renovated and above all Sanjay the manager and staff are very helpful and nice. I'll definitely come back and book again through hotels.com

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 9 of 11Great left bank location
My wife and I had a quick visit to Paris and stayed at the Artus Hotel. The hotel was renovated somewhat recently. Rooms are small, but furnishings are very nice, contemporary, and comfortable. Bathroom fixtures are modern and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants and other activities. There was no shortage of things to do right near the hotel. It was in walking distance to major destinations in Paris - and was about 1 block from a metro stop - and 1 block from a train station. I would stay there again.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 11Great Location
The hotel's locations is perfect for walking to all sights in Paris & convenient to the Metro.Room size was reasonable & rooms were comfortable.Staff spoke English & were helpful. Sanjay was the most friendly & made an effort to introduce himself.Breakfast was not included & listed as 15eu, so never had it; there's a wonderful bakery just steps away where you can get fresh items to go or sit & eat.Plenty of nightlife in the area.Rooms are quiet though.Room 100 does look out on the alley with the trash cans right next to the window though. If you're a light sleeper or want to sleep late, make sure you get a different room.Sanjay did move me to a room with a nice Paris view since I had requested an upper level room prior to my arrival & the staff at checkin didn't seem to realize this.Had access to a computer in the lobby at no charge.Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
