Lovely hotel at a great rate

Very nice stay. Wonderful large room on 5th floor. Very good continental breakfast (they could improve the quality of the coffee, though). Short walk to the S Bahn as well as a tram line. Good restaurants in the area.

Not good if you are planning to sleep past 7 am

that's right...by not having rugs on the hallway you can hear everything that happens outside. Not to mention the very loud cleaning staff that seems to ignore that they have guests staying with them.
