Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 6Far from Downtown
Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Bathroom door is a sliding glass door that does not close completely. Requested non-smoking room when reserved on Hotels.com but got a smoking room complete with ashtray. Also, it is a little far from all attractions. I believe its around 1-1 1/2 miles to the main tourist area of Innsbruck. It does have two grocery stores within a block from the hotel and free internet in bar.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 3 of 6Nice little hotel
The hotel staff and facilities were really nice. The hotel is a Pension and therefore the room space is small. However, it was adaquate for my needs. It was quite clean and efficient. The only real issue I had was in finding the hotel. One of the hotel maps I got off the hotel website had the hotel on the opposite side of Dr. Gantz Road. Once I found the street the hotel was on, the address of the hotel made no logical sense relating to where I would anticipate the street numbers to be. It took me a great deal of time, even with a local student assisting, to find it. Plan in advace and get a gps route to the hotel.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 6Great little gem
As others have said the outside is nothing to talk about. But inside was a wow! Our room was large with a balcony and a view of the mountains. The staff was amazing. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. I just wished I had tried the spa as well.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 6Nice choice
Although the exterior of the hotel is very bland, the interior is much more welcoming. The guest rooms were small, but were clean, comfortable, and had lots of light and fresh air. The front desk staff was always willing to help and answer all of our questions, to recommend restaurants that were good, and to give accurate and easy-to-follow directions. Breakfast at the hotel wasn't such a good value for the additional charge. However, we found a delightful bakery just two blocks up the street where we had breakfast instead. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The old part of town is an easy, 8 minute tram ride away.
