Ahhh the Biltmore

The Biltmore's reputation is one of high end and high class; however, the carpet in our room was stained and the furtniture and carpet in the lobby were pretty dingy and dirty. But, ignore that and you'll get lost in the beauty of the property!

Outstanding Hotel

Great hotel for a Mother and Daughter weekend. I wish I could take the white marble bathroom home! Pool was wonderful and room service delivered promptly.

Beautiful Hotel

Loved the hotel and pool. My son loved the waterslide and the staff was very friendly. The grounds are large so be prepared for a lot of walking.

Simply the best old school hotel in Phoenix

You simply cannot surpass the grandeur of the old guard at the Biltmore. Lovely hotel.

Great room for the money

The hotel was a very beautiful property, but the parking is very inconvenient and it is a long walk to a lot of the rooms. Also, the hotel tacked on a lot of extra charges. Charges were removed when disputed, but it is important to go over the bill and credit card bill.

Outstanding Hotel

I love the history and shear charm of The AZ Biltmore! Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.. I stayed for three nights, but two of the nights AC was not working properly. However, the customer service was ideal..Took very good care of me! FYI>..hotel resorts charges $28 and valet $27 a day..can really add up.. Overall, It is my favorite resort! Hey, Irving Berlin wrote "White Christmas" while staying there.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I have never been disappointed. I will return.

good experience in an iconic property

Appreciated that the person checking me in suggested, upon hearing that I have an interest in Frank Lloyd Wright, that I choose a room in the original main building. In spite of the fact that I'd stayed at the Biltmore often in the past, I'd never stayed in that location. I was pleased.

This is a wonderful old hotel...but it is not convenient for a business traveller unless your meetings are at the hotel.

Arizona Biltmore

Whenever I go to Arizona there are a few choice hotels that I enjoy - the Princess, Phoenician, Mondrian, Ft. McDowell if I want to be way out in Scottsdale, and the Arizona Biltmore. This is my third stay at the Biltmore and the grounds are so well kept, the food is superb, especially in-room service, and the spa facial is my favorite. Although, the spa area itself needs to be updated. I would give it a 4.5 to a 5 star for sure!!
