    Most rooms if not all the rooms in this hotels have connecting door to the next room, and a slight sound from one room gets transferred to the next room. The shower head was very leaky with extreme low pressure.

    every person at the front desk was complaining about a rediculous and miscelaneous charge. ourselves included. the front desk was unaccomodating and nickle and dimed you. for the price, the room was clean and okay. still, the premises were unattractive. cancun at its worst
