"Budget price/not budget hotel"

With the low rate we got we clearly expected that we may get soaked when paying this low of a rate in Hawaii! Pleased to report the hotel has great service, room had good a/c, a must for me!

Great Experience!

Modern, well-appointed, and roomy with many amenities. Friendly, very helpful staff. Convenient location. Many savvy International travelers. One of the very best values on the island!

Substandard cleanliness, inadequate bathroom door

The bathroom floor was smelly. The bathroom door was a sliding door with a large gap that compromised privacy.

As advertised and convenient

The lobby was open and inviting. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room smelled clean and was airy. Very convenient to all things Waikiki.

Outstanding Hotel for the money

The quality of the hotel was great and the pricing was very good. Great beds...Nice flat screens TV's, a little bigger would have been better..but when you are in Hawaii whyto watch TV...Great Experience!!

pretty decent hotel for the price you pay

I stayed in a standard room with 3 others (students traveling on a budget) and it worked out pretty well. they let you choose between the queen sized bed or two doubles, which is what we did. I was a bit worried about getting charged extra for having 4 ppl total even though I reserved it for 1, but it wasn't even that big of a deal (just be sure to only have 2 ppl at check in). Location: super fast walk to the beach. Internet: they let u borrow an Ethernet wire thingy but there's wireless in the lobby. Service: The staff there was friendly and accommodating. We asked to extend our check out time (noon) and they allowed us to stay til noon. plus they store ur luggage for FREE if you have to check out and wait for your flight and just want a place to leave ur stuff.

great room for a quick stay

I only needed to stay overnight so I feel that the room was perfect. I didn't need a huge room. I just needed a place to sleep, shower and change. Continental breakfast was just enough so that was great. Walking distance to the beach and many shopping centers & malls. The spa was great and a great price! The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Great for the Price

if you aren't planning on staying in your hotel room the entire time you are in town, this is perfect. Complete with al the ammenities (including free cocktails on tuesdays!).

Good value

This was my second stay here and I like this hotel. This was a business trip (solo) so finding clean hotel with updated furnishings with nice folks at the 'desk' is all I really need. The mini kitchen is efficient and cute. Bathrooms are small but clean. You should be aware that wireless is not possible in the room, you have to use ethernet cable and the workout area is very minimal but full gym is about 4 blocks away. Their breakfast offering is better than average with fresh pancakes everyday. Parking is additional fee but there are several options as the lot next door is less expensive. Short walk to the beach and convenient to get to HI highway. I will stay again the next time work takes me to Honolulu.
