Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 16april on main
Nice room and deck and location except the hide-away bed was horrible and the parking is a 30 minute walk away where no public transportation was running and this was not expressed in the online advertisement. That being said park city in the fall is beautiful and low key.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 2 of 16Great room for the money
Great location, next to shops, bars, food. If you want to experience the real part of park city this is a must stay place.

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 16Fun room!
The loft was great, the mountain view from the balcony was breathtaking. Perfect location right on Main st. Strange to check in at another hotel, but the staff were very obliging. I booked just before 8pm on the night of stay and received an e-mail from hotels.com stating I needed to check in before 8 pm. I called the staff, they were helpful and everything worked out great. Enjoy your stay!

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 16Perfect Location!
We stayed over a weekend when temps were a high of 80-85 and lows were 55-60.(Quite Cozy) The location was right in the heart of Park City with plenty of night life near by. The biggest surprise was the peacefulness in the morning and how beautiful the buildings are in the morning light. There was a Great breakfast cafe a few doors down and by 10am Sunday the lower part of Main Street was lined with tents of local businesses. The Farmers Market was such a treat on our last day! The check in, although off site, was easy and right at the base of Park City Resort which opened up a ton of activities to our trip we hadn't planned. We will stay again!

Trip Type: Special Event Review 5 of 16Great LOCATION!
The April Inn on Main has the best location in Park City that you could ask for. Right next to all of the bars, restuarants, shops, etc. Very fun. Great price for the location and the room was in excellent condition. The room was very nice becuase it had a mini kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. The balcony overlooking Main Street was also a nice perk. I was very pleased with my stay. The only things to think about is parking is on your own - not a problem for my friends and I as we found available parking pretty quickly. And the hotel staff is not on site.

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 16Noisy and Hot
Location of hotel was outstanding...right on Main Street where all great restaurants and bars located. That being said, we had a balcony room facing Main Street and every night it was so noisy that we had difficulty sleeping. If you are a 20 something and plan to party it up and pass out at night this is the place for you because you won't hear the noise. Also, the room was always too hot; opening up the balcony door solved the problem but then the noise was unbearable. There is no light over the shower in the bathroom and it is very small. Check-In is located off site at the Silver King Hotel. The receptionist there appeared unfamiliar with our property and when we asked about passes to the fitness facility that was included in our rate the hotel was out. There was no offer to deliver passes to us or call the fitness facility to vouch for our status as guests of the April Inn. There was also supposed to be laundry facilities...we weren't oriented to that location either. The rate I received was a "sale" rate and even that didn't seem worth the cost of this drab, small room.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 16Good location for restaurants and shopping
We were expecting a loft overlooking Main street. The units over looking Main street are one level small units above offices and shops. The lofts were on the other side. The room stays lit from the lights of main street and the noice is loud until about 11pm. Other than that, it's a good place if you are looking to walk to dinner, shops, etc. I wouldn't recommend this if you are with family and need space and quiet. It is good for younger folks wanting to party.

Trip Type: Romance Review 9 of 16What a Disappointment!
I'm going to start on a positive note. The April in is in a very convenient location. You walk right out the door and you are on main street, surrounded by all of the restaurants, and shops, and the local bus is a 2 minute walk away. There could not be a more convenient location. We were also granted a 1 hour late check out which was much appreciated. I am disappointed to say, that is where the positive experience ends. 1) It is way too noisy: The walls are paper thin so you can easily hear the bustle of main street until at least 2:00 AM, and then again with street cleaners/delivery trucks 1st thing in the morning. You can also here your neighbors very well. When they are partying their butts off at 4:00 AM, since there is no on-site staff, your only option is to get up and go talk to them – you can’t just ask the hotel to take care of it. 2) Check in is not at the April Inn: We arrived to find the hotel has no staff on site and you have to go to a different property to get your keys, and we had no idea about where to go. Thankfully our taxi driver was able to make a couple of calls and figure it out. 3) No maid service: While this is promoted as a hotel, we did not receive any maid service so I called and was told that the Inn was a condo and not a hotel and they do not provide maid service unless it is explicitly requested, no maid service would be provided. 4) Uncomfortable beds: The fold out bed was horrible. I know they are never great, but this one took the cake. The one in the bedroom was very soft. It worked for me but was way to soft for my husband. 5) Poor quality overall: The rooms look like they were slapped together quite cheaply. 6) Fire Drill: Yep, someone forgot they were making pancakes and set off the fire alarm at 7 AM. While clearly not the fault of the inn, because there was no staff on site, the challenged cook couldn’t just tell someone what she did so they could shut off the alarm and cancel the fire department visit – which meant everyone

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 10 of 16Great little hotel
This is a great, no frills condominium/hotel with rooms that have a unique layout but unlike regular hotels it does not have a check-in desk or on-site manager and its amenities limited to a washer/dryer room (they do have a free Wi-Fi but we did not use it) - if you are into this kind of set-up. Although we rarely spend a lot of time in a hotel room when we travel, this definitely felt like home away from home. It is in a great location - right in the middle of Main St. and just a couple of door down from a really cute breakfast cafe. Shops, bars, restaurants are all right outside your front door. Kitchenette is a great money saver if you cook but don't expect a gourmet kitchen. We went in the January so the fireplace was a welcome perk. However, I did not see air ducts so I don't know if this would be a great place to stay in the summer. Hotel does not have off street parking but there is a public parking garage on one of the parallel streets that you can use to park for free several days. You just have to move your car to the roof during the day and find a spot inside for overnight. We went during high ski season and were able to find parking every day for a week. One thing to note: check in counter is in the Silver King condominium - over a mile away. There are no directions or a phone number on the front door - get this info from the website.

Trip Type: Family Review 11 of 16Great Room for The Money - Excellent Location"
April Inn is conveniently located in the heart of Park City on Mian Street. It is convenient to all local shops and restaurants and is close to the Park City, Deer Valley and Canyons resorts. Check in was a bit dicey as the front door has a combination lock - there is no check in desk. Check in is through another hotel (Silver King)which is just down the hill from the April Inn.Once we got the combination and room key, it was smooth sailing. It is not a luxury property, you won't have a hot tub, pool or health club, but its clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced. I would go back.

Just park the car and enjoy Park City. Right in the heart of Main Street with all the shopping/restaurants outside the door.
