This facility shouldn't really be called a hotel. It is a long-term residence. On the upside, the rooms are quite nice and clean, and the staff is very helpful. Someone expecting hotel services, however, might be surprised to find that he is expected to keep the room clean by himself and even supply his own toilet paper. You also can't use the telephone in the room without paying a deposit and setting up a billing account. I stayed here for 6 nights with my husband and daughter. My daughter had her own bedroom with a twin bed. My husband and I had a hide-a-bed in the main room that slept 2 people, but not on the same level (i.e. half of the bed slid out from under the other half). The kitchen was well-stocked, and there are shops very near by. This is a great facility for someone intending to stay a long time in Montpellier.
