Bad Experience

The hotel location was ok been that it was downtown, unfortunately they didn't have a good sign to locate the hotel better. They got my reservation wrong and had to argued to get the room I had reserved. Internet didn't work for about 75% of my stay and the speed was horrible. Its a good hotel but they have to be more careful on details. Most of the staff was good, just a few bad apples. I don't think I'll be staying there again.

Great room price and convenient location

Considering the location of the hotel, the price was outstanding. The lobby and public areas were well kept. The pool and jacuzzi impecable. The parking is a bit tight but acceptable but the hotel staff was very helpful.
