Great hotel

Andreas is understated and charming, well-managed by courteous and attentive staff and located right in the heart of town so you can walk to a lot of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Hotel

I had been at this hotel 4 other time before the Name/Ownership change. The hotel better. Very helpful staff. I will be back.

great hotel

I was looking for a small boutique hotel with charm. That is exactly what I found. I was upgraded when I got there to a king room. The staff was very pleasant. The location is right in the middle of downtown, but it is quiet and private within the hotel. The pool and jacuzzi are a bit small, but proportionately perfect for the hotel size. I would definitely come here again.

Great little hotel

Room was well appointed but bed a little uncomfortable. Pool was small and could have used more umbrellas/shade. Great breakfast, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Worth the money.

Quaint Hotel

This is a great hotel if you dont want anything elaborate and very worth what I paid. It is warm, simple, and comfortable. Located downtown and great if you are a walker and prefer being centralized. Great weekend escape! I will stay there again.

Great Hotel

The hotel is in downtown Palm Springs and is in a great location for walking to food and entertainment venues. It's a quirky old hotel (lovingly maintained) with tons of ambiance.

Outstanding Customer Service

The staff was awesome. They went out of the way to make sure that we knew about all the amenities that their Hotel offered. They went so far as to offer various room selections which included an upgrade to a larger room for no extra cost. When asked, they said that since it was available, they wanted us to enjoy our stay and hopefully return at a later date. It worked. We highly recommend the Andreas Hotel & Spa and will definitely return soon.

Room To Sleep In

We found this facility to be very welcoming and a great place to bed down for the night. We were only in the hotel at night and first thing in the morning for their wonderful continental breakfast. The spa amenities available were tempting, but we were there for the country music festival and found this hotel, although not convenient to the festival itself, VERY convenient to our favorite coffee shop (CBTL). The entire hotel staff was friendly. The only small detail that was disturbing was the sound of the a/c during the night when it kicked on. Not loud, just noticable. The comfort of the bed and beautifully tiled large bathroom (don't forget the hotel provided robes) was still quite pleasant. This is a hotel we would sleep in again.

Great hotel, especially for the money

This hotel is located right in the heart of Palm Springs. While it is small, it is nicely appointed with great amenities, especially for the price. Staff went the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable and fun. I highly recommend this hotel for someone who wants something a little different than the corporate hotels in a fun destination.
