Anderson Ocean Club and Spa

needs improvement

front desk service sucks.the morning staff wasnt friendly at all.the guy that was working the front desk didnt speak he just ask me was i checking in or out.i told him out.he look me up and said i didnt need a reciept because i did it online.that was it.he didnt say how was your stay or hope you come again.

Everything was great. The view from the balcony was fantastic.

Very Nice Facility At A Good Price

We found the Anderson Ocean Club to be a very nice facility. The room/suite was nicely furnished and well equiped. The staff were friendly. The hotel is located in a central location for taking in the breath of what Myrtle Beach has to offer. The beach area, pool, and common areas were well kept also. We will likely stay at this hotel again in the future. Booking on line made the check-in very efficient and quick.

outstanding hotel

the room was very spacious the fact that it had a washer and dryer was great it had a full kitchen with dishwasher and all the dishes you would need. the bed and the pillows were great. it had great beach access as well as two hot tubs and three pools. since i booked this trip on-line it was hard to determine if it would look like it said online but it did i had ocean view and the view was great. it had two full baths. and two bedrooms on with a king size bed and one with two queen beds i did have an issue with one of the doors to the bedroom but the sent maintenance up right away and fixed the issue

Very Roomy and Nice Hotel

We rented a unit with a full kitchen, living area and one bedroom. We were very pleased get an ocean view room. The balcony was a little small. Would just fit maybe three people. The hotel is on the beach which is very nice. Parking is across the street in a garage. Not too convenient. They do offer valet service for an additional daily fee. We were able to check-in early, which was very nice of them.. as we were only staying one nite and wanted to enjoy the property. You must get your towels from the font desk. FYI.

Outstanding

The quality of the rooms was more than I expected! The rooms were beautifully furnished, sound proof, and the view was awesome from our balcony. We will definitely be staying there again!

Great Hotel

I went stayed at this hotel for a bachellor party. The room was very nice. The best part was the kitchen, which inclued all dishes and a standard size refrigerator and stove. The view from our room was incredible.

A comfortable stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We both thought the staff were very friendly and hospitable. When we needed something from the hotel staff they got it for us right away. However we thought the hallways could have been vacuumed more frequently and we had to dust some of the furniture ourselves upon checking in. We thought it was a good deal considering what other hotels were charging for the 4 nites we were there.

BEST HOTEL

I stay in Myrtle Beach at least twice a year and I have stay in multiple hotels in the area. Anderson Club is by far the best hotel I have stay in. The pools are a small and compared to other hotels I stayed in few. But the rooms more that make up for any shortcomings plus the price I paid thru hotel.com was incredible for the room. I stayed in a two bedroom ocean view. I will try to stay at the anderson from now on.

Great Room, 10 steps to the beach

Clean room, friendly staff, close to the beach. $8 cab ride to "Broadway @ the Beach" for entertainment (Movie Theater/Club/Aquarium) and Restaurants. Room is well decorated (it's as clean & new as it looks in the pictures) Absolutely no complaints with the hotel
