Very Helpfull Staff

I found my stay to be very relaxing thanks to the staff. They were very helpful with checking in early and out late. They were also right there waiting for my luggage which I found nice since I usually have to ask for someone to help me at other hotels in the area. Only downside was that the hallway smelled of mold! They put a fan out but it didn't help. It never stunk up the room but walking the halls was horrid!

Totally Exceeded Our Expectations

Everything about our stay at the Ameristar Casino and Resort was amazing. The room was beautiful, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big and very fancy. And on top of it all, it was afforable. The entire building (suite, lobby, casino...etc.) was very clean, and the employees were friendly. It was easy to find, and parking was easy. It was an altogether great experience, and can't wait to visit again. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and family.

Beautiful Place

The rooms are very nice, as soon as we checked we just wanted to stay in the room that's relaxing it was.

Great Stay

We had an amazing weekend at this hotel/casino. The room was wonderful and had a fantastic view! The pool was very clean, and it was nice that they offered adult swim from 9-11. I would reccomend a stay at the Ameristar to anyone. Enjoy!

Wonderful

The room was a little pricy, however, I won $1,000 on penny slots within the first hour so no biggy. I took two of my managers for a girl's weekend and it was great.

The BEST hotel we're ever stayed at/

It was a great room and wonderful casino with great restraunts. The only downside is we waited in the lobby for over 3 hours waiting for OUR room to become available, but the room and casino made up for that!! Would DEFINATELY recommend it!

Awesome hotel

This is the best hotel in the STL area bar none for the price. It is as good as any five star. The 10 minute drive to downtown is worth it for the savings and being out of the chaos of downtown. This is the only place we will stay for now on when we visit st. louis.

Beautiful rooms..

Rooms were absolutely awesome! we didn't get to spend alot of time in the room but if you could it would be grest. I was a little disappointed when they would not let us extend our checkout by a half hour but overall a great place

Needs Improvement

2 adults and 2 children in our room, Not enought towels (3), (2) complementary waters, key card wouldn't work the second night, and tv in bathroom didn't work 1st night. Slow to check in at desk, and didn't even say sorry when key card failed to work on 2nd day. Pool was great though, except it would be nice if older kids could use it after 9pm.
