I made reservations 9 days in advance for a smoking (yeah, I know) room with whirlpool bath. Paid a considerable sum for the room. When I checked in I just gave my name and she confirmed a smoking room with jacuzzi. Got to the room @ 2:30 pm but was starving, so dropped the luggage and went to eat. Came back, was looking for an ashtray but couldn't find one. Called the front desk only to find out it was a non smoking room and the hotel was fully booked and could not move rooms. May not be a big deal to a non- smoker but it was in the 40's outside and I felt I shouldn't of had to do that as I had reserved a smoking room. For the price I paid, I should have had what I reserved or they could of told me that before I checked in. The room was beautiful though and the breakfast buffet, in the casino was very nice.

Hair on the comforter, and not just one or two. Something wet and sticky??? on one of the pillows on the bed. Hair on toilet and toilet soiled. Carpet not vacuumed. Non smoking room ... heavy smoking odor in the room.

This was a very nice room. The bed was so comfortable & it was right across the street from the casino. The only thing is that there was no fridge in the room,and for the price i felt that was the only thing it was lacking. I would deff. stay again.
