weekend get away

I went to this hotel for a weekend getaway. I booked a room with a jacuzzi. It was wonderful. During the day I went to see the covered bridges in Winterset, which is just a stones throw away. Who would have thought in all my travels that the best hotel I have ever stayed would be in Stuart Iowa?!

very impressed

Was in town for family illness and needed a place to stay late at night, in a snow storm. I booked at the Americinn because I could see it across the field through the blowing snow. My husband and I drove over and were very pleasantly surprised when we walked in to a clean, warm, comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It was a great room for the money.
