Needs improvement,very run down,hardest bed i ever slept in

This was a beautiful hotel in a great part of Ensenada, walking distance to many shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, the pier and fish market. The great exchange rate meant that we ended up paying less than what we booked our room for! The restaraunt where you redeem the free breakfast and free margarita was great.

Comfortable

Hotel staff aimed to please. Room was comfortable and clean, except the carpet definately needed deep cleaning. (we told them about the carpet when we checked out, they were very gracious, thanked us for letting them know and said they would have it cleaned) We liked the location, close to good restaurants and shopping.

Best Hotel in Location for this Price

For this price, this is the best hotel in this area. It's convenient to the main tourist street of Ensenada.

Needs Improvement

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. Both times the pool and jacuzzi where not available. This last time the bar was not available. They really need complete these projects they have going on. The customer service was excellant.

Decent Room--just overcharged at time of departure

Hotel overall was fine...what I disliked was the higher room rate I got for all THREE rooms I booked for a long weekend upon my departure. Other than that the hotel was in a great location, real close to everything and was overall a decent stay.

Outstanding Hotel

Excellent service and great rooms! Safe parking included. One block from shopping, restaurants, and the ocean. Each person also gets a $5 off breakfast coupon and a ticket for a free hour of margaritas at their bar. I have been there twice and have been very pleased both times.
