The worst stay i ever experienced at a hotel. the only thing that i can say i did like was the wireless internet.

toilet not flushed

We got to our room to find that someone had used the toilet and not flushed. One of the beds had a stain on the white sheet looking like blood or something.

One thing I did not like

My toddler son and I went to the continental breakfast at about 8:50, the signage stated it went until 10:30. There was absolutely nothing left in lobby area. I was looking around for some creamer for my coffee and a person suddenly appears and was extremely rude in her speech and manners to me. I asked her if there was anything left and she stated no everything was out.

Very nice hotel

Great room for the money. Expected a dump but got a very nice room. Beds were comfortable, pillows very fluffy and full. Vanity area was a bit cramped but the lavatory area was bigger than I expected. Hotel as a whole was kept up very well. Continental Breakfast offered in the registration office was typical but with a very good selection of muffins and beverages. Will stay here again next time we're in the area.

good value...but, some shortcomings

Room door was dirty and the bar refrigerator was loud. Freeway noise (hard to avoid)but overall a good value. Need bigger, fluffier pillows, four of them.

Great room for the money

We were visiting family in the area so did not spend much time in the room. It is on a street that is away from the hustle and bustle and approx. a block from the freeway so the street noise was not so noticeable. We had the one queen bed for three nights and the room was quite small but ok for a brief stay and ok for the money. Only one problem was that I could not make a local call from my room and called the front desk and they said I should just dial 9 and the #, but this did not work. The next day I tried and called them again and they said my room phone had to be turned on by them, I was then able to call out. They should have done that the first time I tried. Other than that the motel staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental bkfast was good, except would have liked fruit.
