Good weekend price, I'm glad I booked in advance, I paid half price.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 2 of 11Needs Improvement
The room was neat but, the carpet was stinky and, the bed spread stank and had a huge hole in it. The hot tub had several burn spots on it and, the over head light in the room was held together with tape. When we got there, the room smelled like a wet dog. The carpet also had wear marks and burns on it..we stayed in room 109. Overall, we had a nice time for the price. It was close to everything.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 11Awesome hotel for the price you pay
I was looking for a relatively cheap hotel near atlantic city. Wow did I make the right decision. The serice at the hotel was excellent and the staff was very helpful. Less than 10 minutes of being there, we already were making requests for an iron, less than one minute later, the staff was knocking at our door with iron in hand. Also I had my computer with me and was surfing the net for some good coupons and I found one and needed it printed! lucky for me the guy at the front desk was very helpful and printed the coupon for me. The only gripe I had with the hotel which I believe was my own fault, was that I took a shower, leaving the bathroom door open and the smoke alarm went off. It was quite annoying, however I like very hot showers so I guess I can understand. All in all the stay was relativly cheap and the hotel was excellent, When I walked into the room the first thing I noticed(being a guy, lol) was the tv, I was surprised at how nice it was for such an inexpensive hotel. I would stay here again and probably will the next time I come to atlantic city

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 4 of 11Needs better cleaning
Looking for an inexpensive hotel to stay at in AC, I picked America's Best due to the 80% positive rating at the time. First the positives. Flat screen TV was very nice. Microwave and fridge were convenient. Regarding the location, it's only about 10 minutes away from the boardwalk, and is right next to an amazing restaurant called Goodfellows. Lots of golf courses are close by, and conveniently located on Rt. 30. Now the negatives. There were burnt cigarette smoke butt stains in the tub. You get a paper bathroom floor mat, 2 very low quality bathroom towels... no wash cloths or any other towels included. We had to buy extra paper towels to use as a bathroom floor mat and wash cloths. The shower head was coated with a red film of Serratia Marcescens bacteria (I had to buy Clorox wipes to wipe it down). The key had the hotel's room number and address on it. What happens if you lose the key? Someone can come in and steal all your things! All in all, just really disappointed with America's Best. Will not be coming back again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 5 of 11You get what you pay for
A very cheap hotel moneywise and was reflected in the overall service and quality of the room. There were mosquitos and bed bugs in the room and I got bit throughout the trip. They don't clean rooms every morning like most hotel and must request a new towel every morning. Overall, it was alright because we didn't spend much time there.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 11Needs a pool and a hot tub
It was the only hotel in the area that did not have a pool or hot tub. I wend to AC for a hockey Clinic and boy could I have used a pool or hot tub at the end of the day. They also only had one key for the room. An old fashioned hard key. Hotel is not current on technology. The beds were terrible, very hard and springy. Bathroom is very very small. Stayed in room 202. No elevator for HP access. No ice machine on 2nd floor.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 8 of 11Met our needs
This was one of the least expensive hotels in the area...if you are looking for a very basic hotel with minimal services, this is it...the room was a good size, had a microwave and refridgerator which came in handy, air conditioning worked well and it was a brutally hot two days, very convenient access to the boardwalk without alot of traffic... I would say the carpets needed to be cleaned and skip the continental breakfast, it was bad...fortunately there is a Dunkin Donuts in the gas station right next door...
