Stay far far away!

Get weatherstripping to make the door shut, get carpet on the floor that doesn't have rug burns, spray for massive bugs (found in the tub 3inches long), put caulking on the vanity to keep it on the wall, paint,clean, really clean the room, fix the gouges in the tub, update the toilet, put curtains in the room, the blinds were just not cutting it for closing/privacy. Just disgusting!
