Room too small for the money.

The hotel had a beautiful setting on the Columbia River. However, we were in an "economy" room with was expensive for the size. We had a view of the parking lot. The room was very tiny and very dark. The lighting was poor. Overall, we liked the location of the hotel. The hotel's restaurant was very good and included a hot, full breakfast each morning of our stay. We had 50% off one of the dinners when we purchased another for full price. I feel the "economy" rooms should be about $30 less expensive.

Good value

Our greeting at the main desk was less than pleasent. They didn't apply my AARP status which was part of my booking process. I had to remind them and they said, oh yes we see it. Our breakfast was very nice all the way around. If I return I will get a view room.

if you get the king with jaccuzi the jaccuzi is big enough for four very clean

We had a great time and everyone was very friendly and a nice quiet atmosphere we would stay again

Decent Room, Horrible Service

The room was pretty decent. Had a micro and fridge. Didn't like the bathroom sink being right across from the bed but ok. The service was a mess. The morning after we checked in they were knocking on our door trying to kick us out and we were staying the whole weekend. Then when it was time for check out we were rushed to hand in our keys and it was way before check out time. We were the only ones who had to give a key deposit and the hotel manager tried to take our keys without giving us our money back. I think the service could have been a lot better. They were very rude but the room was ok for the price.

Review

Room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke... no hot water for hot tub... TV came on all by itself & channels were changing... heard weird clicking noises in the middle of the night... it's not far from Atlantic City however & the staff was pleasant even though we checked in very early in the morning so it's okay if you just need a place to crash for the night.

Its a somewhat hotel but its not good if u want to stay there for a whole week.

It was

The toilet was clogged when we arrived, but hotel staff did resolve this problem in a little over an hour. We realize that things like this happen. However, the rooms were not stocked with appropriate amount of towels, wash clothes and even toilet paper. We had to walk around to find someone to give us more than 2 sets of towels, there were 4 people staying in our room. We ran out of toilet paper within 1 1/2 hours and could not find anyone to restock it the whole evening and left in the morning without having it restocked. A toilet and toilet paper are essential, obviously.
