Great room for the money.

When you first arrive to the hotel the actual outside of the hotel looks a little run down. However, they have done some landscaping to help with the appearance. Upon entering the room, the room was really small, but quant. The only problem with the room was that the bathroom was very old and dingy looking. I would however stay there again...just remember sometimes you get what you pay for!!

Not bad...

We needed a clean and comfortable place to stay overnight, leaving for a Cruise the following day. It was just what we needed. It is within a mile of both the airport and the harbor. We were a little late getting here due to a delay with out flight. We were greeted by the owner who happened to be working in the office when we arrived. Our room was just what I expected and you really can't beat it for the price. I would defintely stay here again!

Surprising!

So...this hotel wasn't exactly what I was expecting. It is pretty small, but cozy! The staff is super nice and greeted me as soon as I pulled up! The room was clean and decorated very nicely. The shower was not in very good condition and the bed was kind of hard but all in all it was a great value. I had guests I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend to others.

Good Airport Location, but is an older place

They pride themselves on being somewhat historic, and the place definitely looks it when you arrive. The rooms are more updated, with the exception of the shower. Also, the bed was a little hard for my taste. Overall, the price wasn't too bad and if you just need a place to crash near the airport, it works.

Outstanding Value for the Money

Our room was very comfortable, and included Hi-Speed Wireless internet, FREE Continental Breakfast, a mini-fridge, coffee maker and a Microwave. The management was very helpful and always available. For the price, you won't find a better value!!

Needs Improvement

First lets start with the positive. 1. Lisa the manager is a hospitable,personable manager who upon arrival welcomes you and asks if there is anything one needs to make their stay comfortable. Of couse this was before we saw our room. 2. The sheets and towels were clean. 3. Convenient to airport. End of positive. Negative. 1.Old furniture - needs updating. 2. Shower tiles were discolored and appeared dirty howver I feel that was due to age. 3. Carpet dirty. Many black stains. 4. Dismal room need painting. 5. Wall air conditioner never cooled the room. Unfortable trying to sleep. 6 Toilet seat loose missing screw to secure. 7. Not an area where one feels secure.

Dirty bathroom, bad sheets and floore

There is only 1 good reason to pick this hotel - location. We were taking cruise and this hotel locates in less then 10 min driving from both airport and port. Bathroom was very dirty (yelloish spots on the floor around toilet, hairs and dark spots in the shower, bed sheets was covered with spots (that might be just because there are old, but I think that is not a big deal for the hotel to buy a new sheets ones in a while), also there was a bad smell in the room. Breakfast was ok (coffee, cereal, donuts and some fruits), BUT juice from concentrate was spoiled and smelled like it was setting there for ages. Staff had no clue, that it possibly might be spoiled. I would never book this hotel again, never been in such a worse conditions.

Very welcoming!

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. The staff was great and went out of their way to satisfy our needs. Easy to get to from airport, right off of route 1. Nice complimentary breakfast, even a happy hour was included in the price! Hard to believe but true. Nice pool. They even arranged a van to the cruise port for a reasonable price. We just wanted a little budget spot to spend the night before our cruise, and we really weren't expecting much. But it was a nice place, run by caring people.

Great room for the money

Staff is very friendly, couldn't do enough for us. Laura pointed us to a restaurant within walking distance which we were very happy with. She arranged for a ride to our cruise. We could not get our big suitcases around the queen bed without closing them, and there was just enough room for us and our suitcases, which was fine for just one night until we met our cruise in the morning. Would stay there again. We were offered a welcome drink, and the continental breakfast had a nice selection. Small place, but very clean, friendly and accommodating.

not worth the good location

Hotel clerk very nice and helpful. Room as bare as can be. Shower tiles on floor missing. Could not find at night. No address nor sign . Not worth the good proximity to airport.

Not the greatest place. Very friendly personnel, but not a very safe area and not much hotel for a pricey area.
