Great Room for the Money

For the price I paid the hotel exceeded my expectations. I was in a room w/ 2 double beds and the room was great. The bathroom was kinda of small and older but the balcony was huge. This was the biggest balcony that I have ever seen in a hotel. Me and my friend sordered room service and for the prices it was actually good. Well the club sandwich and fruit bowl - which are pretty hard to mess up. I do recommend this hotel the night before a cruise which is what we did. And praking was free since i booked through hotels.com.

Nice hotel

I just needed a hotel to overnight in, and I thought this hotel was fine. They have an airport shuttle that runs every half hour, and the room was clean and nice. Nice staff.

Great Value

This hotel offered a lot for the price, and it was very convenient to the airport. The staff was great!

Good for airport convience

This hotel was exactly what we wanted. It was inexpensive and had free shuttles to the airport. We were there for less then 24 hours. I would not want to stay as a vaction destination though.

Pleasant Surprise

In searching for a reasonably priced hotel near the Airport I decided to give this one a try. Easy to get to, plenty of parking (at no additional charge) Beautiful Lobby and pool and more than adequate room service menu (also reasonably prices). The staff was very pleasant felt more like a 4 star hotel. The only note of concern: the AC in the room I stayed was very noisy, but not enough to keep me awake! I would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you are headed to the airport (they have a shuttle) or want to cruse Little Havana.

Great location

The location is perfect for over night stays. they offer tours to the downtown area and cruising if you desire, if I was there days earlier I definitely would have used one or more of these services, I will in the future. the staff was friendly and warm at the desk and say hi from Altagracia to the ladies in the gift shop, we loved them.

HELP!

The location was incredible and the price was right. Room was very dirty and the shower did not work. I had to go to the consierre floor to access internet and there was no A/C. While the pics of the lobby are pretty, what lies behind door number three is not good at all!

Horrible!

The lobby was the only thing good. Once you enter the room that change.They only have hot water and i mean hot. the fridge was not working , dirty sheets,The shower had rust marks all over and the swiming pool was filled with dead insects.I paid less for better ones in the past, over all don't liked and will not recommend to anyone.
