Great for the money !!

I read all the reviews on this hotel before i booked it. I was leary at first to be honest. After staying i am very glad i saved the money and stayed here. It was perfect for the price you pay. Close to anything you need. We Played ball at Ripkin park it is literally 3 minutes. This is perfect. No if you are real fussy and prissy may not be the place for you. Perfect for me and my son had a great experience.

Needs Improvements

The rooms were very dirty and smelled of mold. One of our techs found a bug in there bed. They left the hotel and went to stay somewhere else.

Awful

This place smells bad. Nothing looks,feels oe smells clean. Do yourself a favor:pay a little more and stay elsewhere.

The hotel was nice with fridge and microwave in the rooms. The professionalism and helpfulness of front desk personal was great.

Not as Pet Friendly with Fee

I was not happy with the policy that was not disclosed to me during the booking. My business associate had her dog with her. We disclosed the dog to the hotel at the time of check in. Upon check out we were informed that we must pay a $50 pet fee for the dog. This was not mentioned to us at check in. After my business associate argued about the pet fee we were only charged $10 for the dog. The dog did not damage the room in any way. We abided by the rules of not leaving the dog in the room alone and picking up after him when he went to the bathroom. My associate had brought along with her bowls, food, and toys for her dog. This dog is well behaved. He is almost two years old and has been through numerous obedience classes since he was six weeks old. I am displeased with the pet fee because it was not disclosed at the time of our booking and even after the dog was declared. Had we known there was a pet fee we would have stayed somewhere else. Other then this pet fee, the hotel was comfortable, clean, the entire staff was friendly and all stated how cute the dog is. The maid went out of her way in the morning to walk my business associate to the breakfast area for coffee and even helped her bring it back to the room. The service of this hotel was great. My only upset with this entire thing was the high pet fee for a well trained dog who was disclosed at the time of check in.

Low Standards

Good location. Cheaper rates to me mean less amenities, not lack of cleanliness, doors that don't lock properly, and bathroom doors that don't close completely. To me the place felt "Skeevy" and unsafe.

Needs Improvement

Room needs to be cleaned of the smell of mold. Furniture needs to be updated. Bed (box spring-ripped on bottom), chair had rung broken. Need to spend some money fixing the room up better.
