very comfortable & well worth it!

My daughter & I stayed for 3 nights. Very clean, quiet and close to shopping, restuartants and my convention. I would recommend it to friends and family and would stay again.

very ncie place

My grandson and I stayed at this motel, found on the internet. We were very satisfied with it. We enjoyed the pool, and it was great to have laundry facilities on site. The breakfast was more than the usual cold cereal, doughnuts and coffee. I would recommend it to friends.

Very comfortable

It was more than I expected for the price I paid. Very professional office staff that is alway a plus...

Cheap hotel....

The hotel itself was cheap and had a great breakfast. However, the bed was not comfortable and after seeing a hooker with her bedroom door wide open next to us waiting for her next "guest" the rest of the stay was ruined. The hotel is also very far from everything.

Outstanding for the money!

I would stay in this hotel again for sure. The staff were kind and attentive. The location was fine and amazingly, although it's next to a WalMart, I felt as if I was in a secluded location!

Comfort Inn

OMG I picked this hotel because it was cheap in price and I really only needed it to sleep for a few hours since I got in to town late and was leaving early the next morning. Upon checking in to the hotel I realized that it was a nice hotel. It offered a free full breakfast, computer use in the lobby for free, pool hours were till 11PM, and the room was nice and clean and very pleasant. I now plan on looking into Comfort Inns in my future hotel stays before I check anywhere else. The price I paid was great for what I received.

Not bad for the money

For the low price we paid it wasn't a bad deal. There the neighborhood wasn't terrible but some of the people around the hotel and other guests were a little sketchy. There was a fight a couple of doors down from us in the middle of the night but the hotel staff did respond promptly. There's a walmart supercenter next door and lots of nearby restaurants.

Can't be Beat

Great place. Most reasonable yet very clean, fresh, and comfortable. This was an excellent choice.

Great stay and unfortunate experience

got a super rate and was pleasantly surprised at the room (had a small frig) and it was really clean. Unfortunately they had a power outage (breaker problem they said) in our part of the building and we had to move in the middle of the night as you don't do hotels in Phoenix in the mid summer without AC. It looked like they were upgrading the rooms and hotel so it may have been a construction issue.

Great For Price But Long Term Residents Break Safety Rules

My family stayed at this hotel for one night only just looking for a place to escape to during the last few days of summer vacation. The staff was very friendly and for the price it really cant be beat. But there were several residents that seemed to be moved in permanently and they had made some rule changes to fit their lifestyles such as letting their dogs (one pit bull mix) run loose in the gated pool area (making us uneasy about taking our children) and moving their large hotel chairs outside to sit on the small walkway in front of their door making it difficult to pass comfortably with children in tow. The free full breakfast was great and made it easy to wake up and feed the kids and then pack up and go home without hassle... I would stay again, just a little nervous about the long term residents
