A Little Inn Too

Nice Stay/Very Accommodating

I only stayed for a night but I have no complaints. When we arrived my assigned room smelled like a smoker had stayed there before and the front desk was very accommodating and just handed me keys to another room with a smile and an apology for my inconvenience. The location is adorable and you cant beat the view. A huge plus for me was a 2pm checkout which allowed me to enjoy the beach for the afternoon and not worry about having to rush out.

Great room for the money

Building is older than most, but well kept, workers constantly cleaning the grounds. Cant beat the price for right on the beach.

Terrible experience

We expected a quaint inn on the beach. It was on the beach but was old and not so clean. It was way over priced It smelled of smoke. We were not happy. Sorry.

Outstanding location

The hotel is an older one and has some quirks but the location(right on the beach), the cleanliness and the staff were all great. The quirks refer mainly to some maintainence issues, nothing major, it almost made it feel as though we were staying in someone's guest room. I will absolutely stay here next time in town.

Needs Improvement

They are working on the hotel. After all of the improvements are over, it should be nice. The common areas were dirty. The best part of the hotel was that it was on the beach.

Great place if you are not super picky about the little things.

It was a very safe neighborhood. We were out after dark a couple times and there was not one time that I felt that we were in danger. We did not have a car so we walked everywhere. There was plenty of shopping and a wide variety of restaurants in walking distance. We were right on the ocean. What can be better than that?

Great Little hotel!

Great location! Close to shops restaurants and nightlife. Awesome views on the beach. Exterior of bldg could use a little work.

Great room for the MONEY!!!!

Right on the Ocean. They have two Pools with very nice outdoor furniture, A grill with a tiki bar for the people who stays there that is welcome to use it for there own purpose. We loved it and are looking forward to stay there again. They have a variety selection of rooms and the rooms are very nice & clean.

Good little hotel

I have stayed at South beach, Tampa and orlando. This was not a bad hotel compared to the others for the money. The rooms where clean and the view was great.

Great Location!

The great location is about the only thing this hotel really has going for it. Everything else seemed to be a little less than adequate. Constantly running out of coffee in the breakfast area (and there aren't any coffee pots in the rooms), didn't sweep the pool patio the entire time we were there (I could tell because the same 3 dirty bandaids were there the entire time), our air conditioner was dripping outside our room the entire time and the carpeting was soaking wet, no lights in the shower, no channel listing for the television, a rodent trap was visible and you could tell it had been there for a while, and although the staff didn't do anything that would be considered outright "rude", they didn't seem to want to put forth much effort to improve the situation. I could go on and on about all the little things but when it comes right down to it the location was fantastic and the hotel got away with alot because of it.
