Room and location excellent!!! Breakfast real bad a loaf of bread a couple of bagels and coffee with no cups!! Thereis a nice breakfast restaurant down the street bring your money....

It was a great "Little Inn by the Sea". We were extremely pleased with the location - close to a strip mall, great room for the money, and distance to the beach.

The Inn was exactly what I wanted related to a beach front property for the price. So that was great. There are 2 pools and they were dirty and not clear. The inn is old and run down, but Shaun in maintenance was fantastic. We thought the inn was his place as he showed such caring and was so outgoing to each and every guest. The lounge chairs around the pool should be just comfortable lounging chairs. When they were new the wicker and cushions probably looked great, but now they just added to the run-down look at the pool area. Lauderdale by the Sea is a great area and we will definitely return to the area and if the inn does some sprucing up that would entice us to return.

The hotel was nice but old. It is great need of a renovation. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was great. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone only because for the cost of the room, we could have stayed at a nicer hotel in the area.

Wonderful view and accessibility to the Atlantic. Within walking distance of some nice restaurants and shopping. It is touted as a bed and breakfast. If they served breakfast we didn't see it. The cleanliness of the lobby left a lot to be desired (i.e., the tables were not washed the 2 days we were there). There was no one around to check us out on Monday AM. We had to take our key down to another hotel.

I had a great room - a studio apartment, really, with an ocean view at a great price. People hang out at Little Inn and I found many willing to talk and eat and drink together.

Location is steps from the ocean,walking distance to restaurants, shops, nightclubs. Perfect for families/couples with two pools, free beach chairs/towels/toys/breakfast, tropical landscaping. Large Rooms with balconies, get one facing the ocean, some are one bedroom apartments. Our second visit to this hotel so you can see we love it. Hotel reflects a by gone era, so older furniture,fixtures, does needs minor handyman type updates like paint. If you don't need everything perfect and can overlook minor problems hotel is very comfortable,location on the beach and everything works, give the hotel a try you won't be disappointed.

Located within 200 feet of the water and withing walking distance to shopping, restaurants and nightclubs. Hotel provides relaxing tropical atmosphere, free beach chairs and towels, two pools, all the conveniences you expect, free breakfast- donuts/bagels/toast, coffee/juice, exceptional staff there to make your wishes come true, rooms-some one bedroom suits are large with balconies and daily maid service. An older hotel, with minor handy man type work needed. If you don't mind everything perfect and want a quite relaxing, beachfront,great location, well priced hotel then this is the hotel for you.

After searching for a couple hours I picked this hotel based on other reviews. The room for the price is magnificent. It was right on the beach with a huge balcony, king size bed, and full kitchen. Pool was great to relax next to with music playing and beach chairs to take out to the water. Only small things I had a problem with were the light in the kitchen was out, there was no soap or toothpaste type things in the bathroom, and the balcony door was extremely difficult to slide open. Also, it is called a "bed and breakfast" but the breakfast is nothing to brag about. It consisted of just cereal, breads, coffee, and juice. There was also a moth or 2 in our room. We stayed 2 nights and overall this hotel was perfect for our visit though. I would recommend A Little Inn by The Sea to anyone looking for a decent hotel on the beach for just a night or two.

just came back, clean hotel, not new but well maintanaced. Very clean pool and pool area. Just on the beach so when you open the door you are already there. Breakfast ok (tosts, bagels, cereal, fruits, juice). For the price I paid just excellent. I definately recommend!

VERY NICE HOTEL , PERFECT LOCATION , RIGHT ON THE BEACH . OUR KIDS LOVED IT TOO. NEEDS VERY LITTLY IMPROVEMENT , BUT THAT WONT STOP ME FROM GOING BACK AGAIN.

The hotel is right on the beach, no crossing streets, you go from room to sand to water. Beach chairs are provided with beach towels. The pool was small but very enjoyable. The room had a kitchen and is very comfortable perfect for couples or small families. Very quiet surroundings a nice getaway. You can't beat the price. I'm definetely coming back when I can and every time after that. I found my spot for Fort Lauderdale.
