Great place to stay

This was an awesome little hotel. It was in a good location, and was way more fun to stay at than one of the bigger casino hotels. The whole place was decorated really nice, and the bed was by far the most comfortable hotel bed that I have ever slept in. Im glad that I found this hotel. I will be staying here every time that I visit Tahoe.

Great Green Motel

Loved the idea of a green motel - all made with recycled materials. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was just right size. Radiant heat was perfect. The location was right in the center of things. The staff was the friendliest I've ever encountered - very important to us. The offered us a glass of wine/beer at checkin, had breakfast pastries the next morning, had a free computer station for our use. The also gave a 10% discount card which we used at restaurants all within walking distance. It was a wonderful place, quiet, and green! Please stay here and continue the trend towards green hotels - it is such a wonderful place.

Great location, nice room

I really liked this hotel, for the price that we paid it was an incredible bargain. The location is absolutely great, it's minutes of walking distance from the state line. The room was very clean and had a great rustic feel. They had a wine tasting event at 3.00. and I thought it would be a small thing, but they brought 6-7 different wines and bbqs, ribs, steak sandwiches, stuffed mushrooms, and the event lasted for 2 hours. Be careful if you are going there in the summer though, there is no A/C it really did not bother me, because the weather was cooler.

Great Hotel

This hotel is different - in a good way. It's very "green" and its decor is awesome. It was beautiful. The price was good, room was clean, its location was extremely convenient - we walked to a concert. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Very comfortableand rustic accents made us very comfortable. Close to everything, we walked to the casinos, beach and shopping. Looking forward to staying soon!

Rustic Eco-Lodge

On arrival, we were offered free welcome drinks. We took them up to our room, where we relaxed in comfort. The decor is interesting and artistic, with reclaimed wood and a relaxed feel. Beds are comfortable. The lack of A/C was not a problem, because despite staying at the end of August, it cooled off nicely at night. Breakfast was ample, with fruit, scones/pastries, and coffee. All in all, an excellent stay.

Needs improvement in staffing.

Staff not trained enough. I suggest the management look into that aspect.

OK stay

Front desk person is friendly and very helpful. Room is very clean and nice, but the drain in the shower is sluggish.
