I stayed overnight before my lunch flight from NAIA. The staff was excellent and friendly, the room was very well kept and clean. We have stayed in this hotel before but this stay is extremely disappointing. Management needs to re-evaluate the condition and maintenance of the hotel. The hotel is magnificent! Staff are very friendly and they even served us drinks in the lobby while we were waiting to check in. The amenities are second to none. Make sure you go down to the gym for a spa and sauna. The restaurant is very nice and has everything you would ever need at breakfast. "Holiday in Manila"
Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We chose this one as we were attending a wedding which was being held close by.
