I always have a very hard time finding a good hotel whoever I travel to. But, this hotel is one of the cleanest and nicest hotel for the price your paying except for the doors that slam shut when you try to close them, because of how the doors are made. And there all new and clean and also one big thing make sure you book your rooms online because if you don't, nothing is included like the TV will be only 12 hours and the air con will be only 12 hours and you will have the pay for every time you needed new towels. We got a pretty good deal through Expedia for a 6 night stay here at this hotel. The hotel staff at the front desk could have been a little more friendlier. If you have a car, parking spaces are minimal, so beware. Overall area seemed pretty safe and there's a security guard at the bottom floor 24/7. I was surprised how small the rooms were when we […] first arrived, but the room, bathroom, and the sheets were clean. Not much walking space when you have luggage with you in the room. I also noticed that you can easily hear noise from outside the hotel (cars passing by, horns) and also from the hallway... this didn't bother me too much, but may bother light sleepers. Rooms include a free safe which was a plus. Wi-fi is kinda slow in the rooms... hotel lobby has a better connection for Wi-fi and also has free use of hotel computers. The hotel itself does not have a restaurant or any vending machines; however, there is a 7-Eleven located right outside the door of the hotel. I think you may be able to buy bottle water and toiletries from the front desk. Also, the hotel is conveniently located right across the street from Ayala mall which has tons of shops and eating places. Otherwise, its pretty easy to find transportation to get you where you need to go. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and I would also stay here again myself. One of the best locations in Cebu for a hotel, just across the Ayala Mall. But my room 201 reeks of the smell of cigarette. This hotel is just months old but the seat in the water closet is in terrible shape, even if its a cheaper brand, the seat should have been better maintained. There are no soap dish in the shower, the room is about a foot and a […] half wider than the queen size bed. The window type a/c is noisy, the metal clad door lacks rim insulation that you can hear every footstep in the corridor. They should reclassify this as a "Prepaid Hotel" , they charge you extra for using A/c , wifi and towels. There are no shops surrounding the hotel so its hard to buy snacks, I wish they would have even a small convenience counter. The Wifi ( which is also prepaid ) is a joke.
