The staff in all areas of the Hotel were very pleasant and helpful. A good number of them even took the time to memorize my name! There could have been some couches in the Lobby and some tables since I am a disabled veteran and difficulty standing for long periods. The view was great. "Great service -always with a smile and greeting"
Was grateful for upgrade to continental lounge, which definitely had a major positive impact on my stay. I do not always get this on arrival, so nice surprise. Everyone seems to know my name when greeting me, even the management. That is not something you can experience in many hotels. The breakfast was first class, and ll the services provided in the […] lounge were of the highest quality. My only downside, was the inflated prices in the business center for printing and scanning. "시설 최고 마르코 폴로 호텔"
우선 세부에는 주요 관광지라고 할 것이 적다. 굳이 말하자면 마젤란 십자가 같은 것. 마르코폴로 호텔은 이런 관광지에서는 다소 멀다. 그리고 매우 높은 곳에 위치해 있다. 이것은 장점이자 단점인 것 같다. 멀지만, 높은 곳에 있어서 가든 뷰가 보이는 룸의 경우, 경관이 너~무 좋다. 마르코폴로는 정말 깨끗하고 5성급 호텔다운 서비스를 제공해 줬다고 생각한다.그런데 성질급한 한국과 다르게 너무 느린것 같다. 특히 체크인 할때, 직원이 너무 느려서 화도 났다. 나중에는 필리핀 사람들이 느린 것을 알고 이해를 했지만, 표정도 뚱하고 (초 시크.....걍 시크) 영어도 못알아 듣겠고 짜증이 났다. 그 직원 빼고는 다들 표정이 밝던데... "朝食ビュッフェに大満足♪"
お手頃価格だったので正直期待していませんでしたが、何もかもが想像以上で快適に過ごすことができました。今回はほとんど外出しなかったので立地は気になりませんでしたが、どこに行くにもタクシー利用という点は不便かな...しかし、外出しなくてもホテルライフは十分充実できます。レストランは朝食ビュッフェをはじめ、プールサイドのレストランもなかなか美味しいです。次回は屋上階のバーも利用してみたいです。プールもビジネス利用客が多いせいか空いていたので十分な広さがありました。シービューの部屋から見る朝日や夜景も素敵でした。また機会があれば絶対にこのホテルを選ぶでしょう！！Genuine Hotels.com guest review
