"Very Good Hotel"
We were there in May 2011 and found the hotel very nice. The location was excellent being that it was walking distance to the mall and restaurants. We booked a standard room and found it adequate. It looked smaller than the average standard room of other comparable hotels that we stayed at but nonetheless it was clean and comfortable. "Hotel needs good Food Service Manager"
The breakfast buffet needs fresh fruit juices. My wife and our friend's partner who booked earlier got sick after eating the breakfast buffet. Likely cause were mango juice which were diluted and the yogart which tasted different. There may have been other causes for my wife's food problem at Dusit. We could not attribute it to other places we have […] been to. After breakfast that day, she felt sick and had diarrhea and vomiting in the afternoon. She skip lunch, dinner that day and even the next day she was unable to take in food. Luckily, we had with us prescribed antibiotics and lomotil. We are frequent travelers. We travel at least 3 times every year worldwide and we are careful with what we eat. So, we know more or less where the problem came from. As I said, our friend's partner who was in Dusit earlier had the same experience. Also lucking at the breakfast buffet table or buffet counter are Decaf Coffee, cream and sugar and most especially Hot Water. They had to get these items inside after you make a request. "Excellent as usual, but ..."
... we were given a room on the 6th floor for a single night and noticed a faint mildew smell when exiting the elevator that was also present in our room. We also noticed a key card already present in the slot by the door where you usually have to put your key to turn on the lights and AC. I assume there was some water damage they were trying to clean […] up by running the AC fulltime in some of the rooms. We were only staying for a night and are very tolerant of things like this (didn't notice it after a couple of minutes in the room). More sensitive travellers might have requested another room. I dinged the ratings a bit as a result. Otherwise, the hotel was its usual excellent self. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the staff was very courteous. Ths hotel is situated next to the Glorieta shopping mall which is very convenient indeed. The service from the hotel is good but on the whole there are a few negative points. The check in/out line at reception is very long and a slow process. They have two desks one for reception and the other? I do not know. The hotel has recently been refurbished […] but there was a musty smell on the corridor of the 11th floor where we stayed. Also, the breakfast buffet can be improved. There is not much of a selection and a lot of the hot food was already cold at 7 am in the morning. Other than that it is a good hotel but there are better and for the same price. "Definitely a quality filipino four star hotel"
Overall pretty good. For westerners this is more like a 3.5 star hotel but very good by Philippine standards. Would stay here again although it's a little bit expensive. But very very convenient. You can literally see SM mall out the window just accross the road (and it's very easy to cross the road as there is a pedestrian crossing there which surprisingly […] the drivers do take notice of). Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. My only complaint - the free welcome drink. It's a bit silly to have one drink per room when there is more than one guest (i.e a couple) staying in the room. A bit of a shame to have to share one drink between a couple! "This Is Not a 4or 5 Star Hotel"
Thought we had a winner here when we entered the lobby, but the room we were were assigned was quite dated and a carpet that had seen its better days. what really turned us off was the blood remnants on one of the pillows, the floor and on the follicle of a long black hair that was left on one of the towels. The location of the hotel is very convenient but the rooms are very old and outdated, and since the carpet is very old the whole room smells and it is dirty. 1年半ぶりの宿泊でしたが、ホテルの中身は殆ど変っていないですね。 ロビー、部屋、その他施設も清潔で満足できる快適さがあります。 ただし、部屋のエアコンは相変わらず効きすぎてで、最弱にしていても、夜になると寒さで起きてしまいます。この辺の改良があればと思います。周辺のモールは当分前から改修中で、いつになれば本格開業になるのかがわかりません。一部改修終わったヶ所で開業していましたが、非常に便利な距離にあるので、全面開業にほど遠いのが残念です。ほぼほぼ、納得のできる環境と宿泊価格だと思います。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

デシュタニマニラに１１月に一泊しました。 あいにくレストランは祝日のためお休みの店がいくつかありました。朝食ビュッフェ付だったのですがそれが品数も多く、おいしくて大変満足でした。館内が少し寒く部屋も同様クーラーを切っていても寒かったのですが、ベッドには薄い布団があるので、それを着て寝て丁度良いくらいでした。下の方の階でしたので、景色は大したことはなかったですが、部屋は清潔、風呂トイレも綺麗で、もちろん暑いお湯も十分でした。ホテル前にはショッピングモールもあり、買い物にも便利です。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"위치는 좋고 시설은 약간 낡은..."
일단 호텔 위치는 마카티 중심의 쇼핑몰 바로 옆에 있어서 아주 좋다고 할 수 있음. 바로 옆에 SM몰과 글로리에따가 있어서 중저가 쇼핑하기에는 최적의 장소이고, 다만 가장 좋은 그린벨트 쇼핑몰까지는 약 10분 정도 걸어가야 하기 때문에 지쳤을 때는 택시를 타야 함. 호텔 객실은 다소 낡아서 훌륭한 내부시설을 기대하면 좀 실망할 수 있지만 가격대비 나쁘지는 않음. 아침식사를 방값에 포함시켜서 결제하는 것이 훨씬 유리할 듯(아침부페를 따로 돈내면 아주 비쌈). 개인적으로 야외풀장이 괜찮았음.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
