Wonderful welcome, met on time at the airport, great service. The room was modern and clean looking but overwhelmingly smelling of mold. I realize Lima is humid but the smell literally kept me from sleeping. I did nit even open my suitcase for fear my clothes would smell. Also, no hot water at night for a shower. This hotel is really nice, the staff is friendly and the room is great-- especially for the price. Perfect for a stopover on the way to Cuzco. "Close to airport"

"Not good for my needs"
I needed a hotel close to the airport (where I blew it was not realizing there were hotels AT the airport) as I was passing through to go to Cusco. First, the price of the hotel isn't great since what they could have done was offer an airport pickup for free for several reasons: 1. If you are just coming to Peru, you go to the ATM and get only 100 soles […] bills from the only ATM at the airport. 2. People do not deal well with change there 3. There are NO meters in cabs there if you get a cab (which I did) since everyone and there brother is hawking a car service 4. I emailed the hotel before asking what the price of a can should be and they only told me what they would charge for a hotel pick up which is $15 USD. That's how much is costs from Miraflores which is REALLY far from the airport and not a few KM from the airport. It was not clear from the description that only Jr Suites on up have A/C. So, I get there and it's super hot and humid and they wouldn't upgrade me for a reasonable amount until we went back and forth for 30 minutes (I was literally leaving the hotel in about 9 hours way before anyone else would check in) and upon reaching an agreement (BTW...they can't do math in the front desk), I get to the Jr Suite and it's actually smaller than the double room I had booked without any more amenities. Also, ask for a hair dryer as soon as you get there as they have a limited number and run out so when I needed one, no can do. Bottomline: for the money, you can stay in a better neighborhood in Lima and if you are just passing through and need a place near the airport like I did, get a place ON the airport. it's cheaper if you add up all the stupid cab fares I paid a can driver and to the hotel for getting me back there. We stayed at this hotel while in transit on our way to Cusco. The room was very small and the bed not very comfortable. Our room faced the street so it was very noisy. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn es Sprachschwierigkeiten gab. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist nur 7 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Nachts ist alles im Hotel auch wenn es zentral liegt.
