Let's start positive...the room is a good size and the internet in the foyer works well. The room had 2 beds, only one had a bottom sheet. The bed with a top sheet, well...that had grease stains on it. Despite asking for a change of sheets, we had to trek down to reception to change them ourselves. The common areas (stair wells, corridors) had dirt […] on them, and clearly were not cleaned. Oh ... and we were charged to make a booking for a cab. Not the most glamorous hotel I have been to. BUT my room was clean, it had plenty of space with high ceiling, working air-con, the bed was good. It is located rather central in the town and the price is ok.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
