    We spent just a weekend in Stavanger, to hike to Preikestolen. We loved the convenient location of the Radisson Blu Atlantic. Right on the bus route for... the airport bus, and the bus which takes you to the ferry terminal for the hike. As usual, a fantastic breakfast. Nicer and newer room than usual at a Radisson in Norway. Very helpful front desk staff, though their restaurant recommendations were a bit ordinary.     Var på helgetur til Stavanger med dattera mi. Er generelt fornøyd med oppholdet. Men det var problemer med datasystemet så innsjekkingen gikk ikke som den skulle. Dette gjorde at vi ikke fikk full tilgang til Wifi på rommet. De har en tjeneste for printing av ombordstigningskort på websidene, og jeg brukte denne, men de kunne ikke gi meg utskrift på […] tross av at jeg også (for sikkerhets skyld) hadde sendt den på epost. Vi fikk rom med utsikt til Breiavatnet, det var fint. Men også litt bråkete om kvelden hvis vinduet sto åpent. Måtte lukkes, da ble det stille. Det var et ikkerøyk-rom men fant en røykpakke oppå skapet da vi kom. Kanskje ikke så lett for stuepiker med vertikale utfordringer å finne slikt. Read more

    Innsjekkingstidspunktet som ble oppgitt fra Hotels.com (kl 1400) stemte ikke med hotellets (kl 1500). Vi ble ofre for en resepsjonist (under opplæring) som overhode ikke kunne service, dette ble oppveid av en annen som var noe av det mer servicevennlige vi har møtt. Da vi låste oss inn på hotellrommet viste det seg at rommet var dobbeltbooket - et annet […] par hadde allerede inntatt rommet. Skyvedøren til baderommet var en klemfelle. Håndtaket i skyvedøren vandret lenger enn selve døråpningen når døren skulle lukkes på innsiden av badet. Foruten disse irritasjonsmomentene var rommet fint, ryddig og rent. Veldig bra frokostbuffet.     Budde bare på hotellet ein dag/ natt, men var kjempefornøyde. Romma var store, med god standard. Kjekt med badekar for dei minste. Flott utsikt og sentral beliggenhet. Frokosten var kjempegod, med alt ein trengte. Personale som var tilstede under frokosten var utrulig hyggelige. Guten vår på 3 mente pølsene var kalde, så då gjekk dei straks avgårde […] og lagde nye pølser, samt anbefalte oss å pakke med gratis nistepakke til turen vidare. Kjem til å bu på dette hotellet igjen ved neste Stavangerbesøk. Read more

    Vledig hyggelig betjening, kjempefrokost, hotellet er godt vedlikeholdt. Ligger veldig sentralt i Stavanger, kun 5min å gå til sentrum. Vil absolutt anbefale dette til andre.

    Das Hotel ist recht alt und die Zimmer sind dunkel und abgenutzt. Es ist nicht blitzblank sauber, aber OK. Mein Bett war sehr weich und wohl auch alt (zumindest die Matratze). Ansonsten ist aber Frühstück und Abendessen gut. Es erreicht meiner Meinung nach aber nicht (mehr) den (hohen) Standard, den man von Radisson SAS gewohnt ist. Alles in allem aber […] noch annehmbar.     Vi boede med flot udsigt til søen. Hotellet ligger centralt i Stavanger, men er ved at være lidt nedslidt. Morgenmaden helt i orden. Der var ikke nogen speciel hyggelig stemning på hotellet, et stort og upersonligt.
