"Comfortable and Convenience"
The hotel's close proximity to the restaurants and shops in the centre of Stavanger is a very important factor for visitors. The staff are very cheerful and helpful. The room is clean and bright. I have stayed in Radisson Blu hotels before and always been impressed however this one was not up to the usual standard. I was shown into a room which had not been cleaned so went to reception who said it would be done immediately. I went for a short walk and came back to find out I had been moved room with all of my things moved for me (without knowing). […] Not great. I checked in on a Sunday and when most shops and places to eat we're closed the restaurant in the hotel was closed as well which is unusal and room service was also only available for a very limited selection of things. Talking to colleagues this is not the same at other hotels close by. Generally the room was good and comfortable and the location was ok (other hotels are better located however cost more). The airport bus stops just across the road which is handy and shops and restaurants and the town centre are 5 mins walk away down a hill. "Lovely hotel, pity about the restaurant or lack of"
I really liked this hotel and the rooms were very clean, with extra comfy beds. Just a pity the bar and restaurant are closed for the whole of the summer. I would not stay at this hotel again. Although it was very cold in Stavanger, on arrival room temperature was at coldest possible setting. Bed required repair, and even though requested, this was not actioned the following day. After calling again, it was finally repaired. "Bra hotell i centrala Stavanger"
Rummet var lagom stort, och det kändes nytt och fräscht och inredningen var modern. Läget var bra, nära järnvägsstationen och fem till tio minuters gångväg till området runt Skagenkajen, där många bra restauranger och barer är belägna. Frukostbuffén på hotellet var i världsklass! Vi hadde gledet oss til å kose oss med en natt på hotell, og betalte noen hundre ekstra for å få dette hotellet som hadde basseng. Men for en SKUFFELSE, angrer veldig på at vi valgte dette hotellet! Rommet var fint, men vi hadde booket rom for 2, men fikk kun 1 håndkle og 1 enkelt dyne.. Så i 4 tia på natten måtte jeg gå ned i resepsjonen fordi jeg […] fikk ikke sove uten dyne. Og ble da mødt av en ikke service minded resepsjonist. Basseng området var helt forferdelig dårlig! Det var gammelt, skittent og helt gromsete vann. "Radisson Blue Stavanger- flott komfort på rommet !"
Hotellet fremstår som godt vedlikeholdt og med masse dagslys inne i hotellet selvom man ikke har rom mot gaten. Fint med pool og badstu i u.etg, men det beste er komforten i rommet. Her finnes det meste, også en hyggelig roomservice meny.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
