The only negative issue withthe room was thatthe air conditiner did not work. The weather was very hot during our stay and the room was so hot that... sleeping was nearly impossible. When I reported it the next morning there was little action taken other than to bring a fan to the room and intyructions on how to use the air conditioner. We had set the air conditioner properly, it just wasn't working and later the second night it "leaked" all over the inside of the room. However, other than the air conditionier issue and the very hard mattress on the bed the hotel is conveinetly located, staff pleasant, rooms clean and the area around the hotel is very nice. by a Hotels.com guest on 08/01/12

Eu e minha esposa gostamos bastante do hotel. Nos hospedamos no Mitland no final de dezembro de 2012. Foi uma experiência bastante agradável, o hotel possui boa localização - apenas 15 minutos a pé do centro-, além de contar com ótima infraestrutura e excelente staff. A seulement 10 minutes du centre-ville d'Utrecht en bus, avec un parking, cet hôtel au bord d'un lac est moderne et luxueux. Le service est impeccable et le personnel à votre entière disposition. Juste du bonheur!
