My room was very badly isolated. I told them there was air coming throught the windown and instead of reparing or changing to another room they covered the window with a duvet. I got a cold for staying in for two nights.

Very close to the train station and was close to my client, so was convenient. Room was clean. Was given a top floor room which had some nice views, but elevator only went to 6, and I was on 7, so had to climb an unfinished steep staircase. It was not particularly cold out, but the heat was insufficient, even once a staff person came to adjust. Bathroom […] was barebones and cold as well, and had no shower curtain, no face cloths, and toilet paper was on a high shelf behind the toilet. Decor was artsy, minimalist Ikea and bare painted cement floors, no carpeting. There are no food services in the hotel, although there are plenty of quick places around. The staff were quick to respond to requests and were able to loan me an appropriate plug for my laptop. There is no ice to be had. Only amenity was a coffee maker, bathrobe and safe. Felt it was pricey for what I had and to be uncomfortable at the rates I paid. I do know that that the location boosts the rates, and it is very convenient to the station. Read more

Come out of station facing the city go straight one block take the left y in the road, trolley tracks two blocks on the right, across the street is the red light district , one block back. behind the hotel you will find plenty of great little cafes and up scale shopping , the front of hotel is very small between two shops. The rooms are small but not […] too small, bath room are new , great hot water and pressure. The bed and linens are so fresh and comfortable extra pillows, I sleep 8 hours amazing for me. The decore is different, but someone really cares for this little hotel, and will share there love for it with you. I picked this hotel because of its central location and because it was an affordable boutique hotel. However, the decor of my 3 star room was not exactly the same standard as that on their website. That said, it was convenient, the people were superhelpful and nice (which can't be said for all hotel staff in Amsterdam- for example, I was just in the […] Victoria up the street where the front desk couldn't stop sneering at guests). Hotel was in a fantastic location, although the entrance is not the most obvious as it is a small door in a row of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and tidy, but only with the bare essentials, enough for a good night's sleep. Staff were friendly and very helpful, all in all a pleasant stay!

A brief one night stay whilst DJ'ing in Amsterdam. Booked hotel for it's location (5 minutes walk from the club I was playing at) and wasn't expecting too much with it being a 3* property. However, the staff here are truly a cut above. I've stayed in 5* accommodation and not received service as good as we received at the exchange... Decent late check […] out, help with luggage, polite, friendly etc, we felt very welcome. Facilities are limited and rooms are small, but our was spotless with a decent shower and good quality bed and linens. Happy to recommend to others! Read more

Sängen saknade huvudända, så kuddarna trillade ner under skrivbordet som stod bakom. Rummet vette mot gatan där spårvagnar väsnades vilket ytterligare försämrade nattsömnen.

hotel sympa, calme (chambre qui était côté cours, au 5ème). Très propre et bonne literie. Point négatif : aucun rangement dans la chambre ! seulement trois patères au mur. Le simple store peut gêner ceux qui veulent un noir complet pour dormir.

alle rommene er forskjellige og innredet av designere. rommene er stort sett lyse og morsomme - litt "kunstindustri og brukskunst møter design & interiør" små rom og lite fasiliteter av typen skrivebord, minibar, klesskap etc i basic-kategorien - men veies opp av store, gode senger, flott design, god varme på badet, wifi på rommet og hyggelig "økologisk" […] café på gateplan! morsomt og sentralt beliggende hotell som man blir glad av å bo på. Prima hotel op t damrak...kamers leuk anders dan normaal en schoon......alleen tijdens t douchen liep t water de kamer in. Vriendelijk onthaal bij de minireceptie alleen jammer dat je alleen maar met kaart kon betalen en niet contant. We misten ook n restaurant of bar om iets te kunnen eten of drinken. Maar over t geheel n prima hotel.
