"Convenient to shopping and eatery"
The Hotel is nice and room is good cos big and cosy. But I booked it with sea view, it turns out only small corner side sea view and is facing the Gurney plaza carpark with tv antenna directly cos is on the 8th floor. "Out of the bustle but close to downtown attraction"
Overall the stay was enjoyable and the rooms were clean and comfortable. This is our second stay at G Hotel and it a nice gesture to offer a serving of ice cream upon check-in. We also appreciate the free wifi and internet service. However, the counter staff should be more pro-active in keeping guests informed. On the day we checked in, we discovered […] a note upon entering the room (that is, if one bothers to look at the writing desk) that the hot water system in the hotel was not functioning. We were not informed about this during check-in and no form of compensation or apology was given. "Perfect hotel for a family getaway"
The stay was wonderful. The hotel looks very new, and is situated right beside a megal mall along the busy Gurney Drive. The staff were extremely attentive. The default was to provide 2 bottles of mineral water, but after asking for more on the first day, the staff took the initiatve to give us 4 on the following day. The pool was nice as well. Hotel is new, staff are friendly, good location with shopping n eateries. Overall stay was good except the sewage system is not as gd as it smells whenever we flushed the toilet. "ショッピングは地続きのガーニープラザですべて済む"
７年前にすぐ横のコンドミニアムのガーニーパークに１年間住んでいて、その時Ｇホテルが建築中でした。このホテルは本当に便利なロケーションにあるので、いつかは是非利用したいと思っていました。 ペナンの日本食レストランは多くありますが、Ｇホテルに入っている“味楽”は、相当レベルが高いです。 毎年１回はペナンへ行っているので、次回はＧホテルのアパートメントホテルのプロモーションがあれば安価な利用が期待できるのですが・・・・・。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
