Our deluxe sea view room was huge with great sunset views over the waterfront. All furnishings were top notch. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Western, Southeast Asian and Chinese items from which to choose. All excellent quality. If you want a place to stay where shopping malls and other must see sights are convenient, this is your hotel. The actual room is really big and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is not the well maintained since I can observe a lot of wear and tear areas. "Average, could be better"
4 and a half stars - is pushing it. Have since found out buildings in this country are poorly built eg not straight and true (lines and angles - fitting and fixures). The rooms floor was not flat or level, had a lump under the carpet. The room (hotel I guess) had a design fault whereby there was a gap between the window and sill. This allowed the smokers […] in the non smoking room (and floor, one of many in a block) to shove their fag butts down this slot of a void (the window are locked shut - another design fowl up - the fix to stop the windows being opened and causing the air con to have issues I assume). The window sill had smokers ash on it - yet the room did not smell! Its okay. Nice pool - shame about the stick from the drains (road?). Good bed and choice of two pillows - best sleep in the country out of four hotels. Noise through (fire) front door - probably comes back to the haphazard way they built it. This is my first time check in Le Meridien and I bought one room Le Royal Suit. I was not aware that my check in lobby is at Level 12 which is at the Club Lounge. OMG!! the Club Lounge view was so beautiful facing the sea. I was entitled to get Club Lounge benefit to have breakfast, tea and dinner. The staff there was very helpful and polite. 2家族で2部屋、隣同士でリクエストしてあり、OKの返事をもらっていたにもかかわらず、隣同士の部屋は空いていないので同じフロアーの部屋に通された。部屋のアメニティーも部屋ごとにばらばらで、体重計や拡大鏡がない部屋もあった。また、シャワーのお湯の出はいいが、温度は一定に保たれなかった。クローゼットの電気が切れていたり、排水に難があったり、アメニティーの補充もまちまちだったり、部屋に関するサービス全般はがっかりでした。部屋も不潔とまではいかないまでも、風呂場の掃除は行き届いていない感じ。部屋の広さと立地は申し分ない。とても5つ星ホテルとは思えない状況でしたが、値段もやすかったので総合的にはふつう。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
