"Stay at Impiana Casuarina Hotel Ipoh"
The rooms are a bit old especially the toilet (I think its time for an upgrade) but reasonably clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful. Not sure if there is a better hotel in Ipoh.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not bad for an Ipoh Hotel"
The Impiana Hotel in Ipoh is conveniently located close to town and nice restaurants. The hotel facilities are good; however, the service is very slow and somehow the three times I have been there the staff has absolutely no sense of urgency. It took me 45 minutes checking in and about 30 checking out. One other inconvenience regarding the hotel is […] that they have functions in the lobby, meaning that if you happen to arrive during one of those events, you will not even have a place to seat while you wait about 45 minutes to be checked in. Facilities are good though, so if you are just looking for a place to stay in a confortable room without expecting good services, then this is a good place to stay.
