"Unexpected"
This is by far ONE of the best hotel that I've stayed while in KL. No doubt Arenaa do not have the facilities like Istana or Vistana but it sure give an impression. I'll definitely be back. Arenaa will look better if the external were well kept & painted....thumbs up to the staff.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
