"Not What I Thought I Was Getting"
The hotel was not the best of my trip. First of all, it is really difficult to get to, especially with large luggage. It is in the middle of Little India's bazaar. The room that I booked on this site said that I was getting a room with a view, but I received a room with no windows. The room itself is kind of old and I questioned the cleanliness. I also […] used some of the services like laundry and the front desk. Both were not very helpful. Laundry was advertised to take 12 hours, but it was 2 days before I received it back, and it was pricey. The front desk was also not helpful in giving basic directions, leading me to a post office kilometers away. "Citin Hotel Masjid Jamek"

well, I must say that I was not disappointed with the deal at all, my only issue with the hotel was its location... even though it is very esy to reah etc, the entrance of the hotel is blocked iwth loads of street vendors and you will hvae to squeeze through a literal 2 Feet gap between two shops to reach to the entrance. at the first look of it I felt […] that I am up for a lot of toruble, but on a contrary the stay was pleasant, room was small but good for me (to slepe and wash up) break fast was good and for the money I paid it is worth...for what i paid, I got breakfast, internet and accommodation I would say not bad... but if you are planning to stay with family... might ask you to take a second look. "Convenient location"

Hotel was pretty central for the city near to the train station and only 3 stops away from the KLCC. Clean inside only draw back it had no window but that wasn't a problem for me. So maybe best to check before you book if you don't like the idea of that.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel is located a short walk from the Masjid Jamek underground station. This is very convenient to travel all around KL including to and from the airport. "Affordable & Easy to find."
Staff are friendly. The room is a bit small but the design is simple & relaxing to the eye. Didn't had a hard time looking for location but I find that the vendors blocked the front entrance.
