Contrary to claims made by hotels.com and the Swiss garden hotel itself, there is no free wifi. Certainly not in your room and only if you purhcase a prepaid code from the business center for a ridiculous price. Then you can only sit in the lobby to use it. NO FREE WIFI. WIFI IS USD $ 14/ HOUR. THAT IS INSANE. THEY HAVE INTERNET IN THE ROOMS BUT NO WIFI. I WAS UNHAPPY ABOUT THAT. THE BEDS WERE TWIN BEDS AND NOT FULL SIZE. LOCATION IS OKAY. IT IS NOT NEAR ANYTHING. YOU NEED TO TAKE A CAB EVERYWHERE.

Have stayed at the Swiss Garden on a number of previous occasions. Last time they introduced payment for Wi-Fi which made me relook at local options. Yet again ended up staying here for convenience on location, price....and the internet was free again! The hotel is at a great location but the service is really bad. I had to wait 2 days and call 5 times for them to come and get my laundry. Some days it took them 5 hours to come and clean my room, after i had put the sign outside. The buffet was good, not great. Would not stay there again.

I'd read some bad reviews after booking this hotel, but I needn't have worried. It was excellent. I paid for a superior room, and although the wallpaper was a little old-fashioned and the net curtain a bit tired, the room was a good 3/4 star standard, with clean, well made new bedding and excellent shower/bath facilities. Broadband was included in the […] price and was a little difficult to get running, but easy once you knew how. And having a business suite onsite really helped with those IT problems. Breakfast was excellent and included in the price, although dinner was overpriced and uninspired (but who eats dinner at the hotel in Malaysia when there's so much other good food on offer). The location is noisy, but so is everywhere in KL. Made it easy to get taxis. About 10 minutes walk to Hang Tuah... this is a long time in KL's heat, so taxis are the preferred option. Hotel staff negotiate inflated but fair rates for taxis on your behalf. Once the neighbouring hotels are built up (lots of building work) this location will in all likelihood be pretty good. Perkidmatan kaunter perlu diperbaiki jika inginkan hotel anda terus dikunjungi. Staf di kaunter sepatutnya tidak menjawab sebarang panggilan telefon dan perlu fokus kepada pelanggan dihadapannya. キレイで広い部屋でした。ただ窓の外が隣のビルの壁でした。 受付に日本語がしゃべれる人はいません。 それと、直接ホテルに追加で部屋と取ろうと電話したら満室と言われスイートルームしか開いてないと言われたが、エクスぺディアに依頼したら普通に安い部屋が取れました！追加のときは一度エクスペディアに電話してからが良いですよ。
