As a frequent traveller that has stayed in many international class hotels, I would recommend the Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpu Malaysia as the Best that stands out from the rest!! I have stayed at Ritz Carlton many times and every time she never fails to surprise me with more hospitaliy and service standards that truly deserves the name Ritz Carlton. The […] minute you arrive at the doorstep, there are smiles and friendly faces to greet you and at the check in, you have the personal attention of the desk manager to swiftly check you into the Ritz and a personal escort to your room, which is a pleasant and very hospitable gesture to make you feel at home almost immediately. As I was on an early morning flight into town and needed to freshen up for the meetings, the desk manager did an excellent service to arrange for an early check in, which surprises me because many world class hotels dont normally cater to the request. My stay at the Ritz was perfect with the inroom butler service and the service levels of the Ritz family, is an experience that will linger in your hearts for a long time to come,,,,,, All i can say is .... 今回出張で１人で行きました。 早くついてしまったのですが、なんと午前１０時前にチェックインしてしまいました。 さらに、無料アップグレードまでして得した気分。 空港に荷物を預けてしまったため水着がなくプールは利用できませんでしたが ジャクジーは利用。 いいのではないでしょうか？ あえていうなら、バフェスタイルのレストランがあるといいかな。シャングリラに行って食べに行ったので。Genuine Expedia guest review
